Number 4: Meet Other Runners

The Jonse's Theory works well. Join your local running group, you'll make new friends and you'll be compelled not to be left behind too far as they'll encourage you to keep up. You'll improve faster with supportive friends.

Number 3: A Dog

Get yourself a dog that needs a lot of exercise. you'll always have a reason for a daily run and more time with your dog makes them more loyal and friendlier to you

Number 2: Sexual Performance

Exercise Improves sexual performance, According to research. Enough said.

Number 1: Fill the bath

Fill the bath with hot water, then head out for a pre-fixed distance run on a cold morning. The sooner you get back, the hotter your bath will be.
